SMS / Text Messaging Consent
Lumavexel provides an automated text-back and speed-to-lead messaging service for home-services businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing). This page explains, in plain terms, when and how you may receive text messages and how to stop them at any time.
How you opt in (consent)
By calling a participating business's published phone number and not reaching them, or by submitting a contact or quote request to a participating business, you agree to receive automated text messages from that business (sent via Lumavexel) at the phone number you called from or provided, about your inquiry. Your inbound call or form submission is the opt-in. You are never added to any list, and you will not be messaged unless you first contacted the business. We never buy, rent, scrape, or share phone numbers.
What messages you'll receive
- An automated reply after a missed call, inviting you to continue by text so the business can help.
- Replies and follow-ups within a conversation you started, to help schedule or complete your service.
- An optional review request after a completed job.
These are conversational, customer-care messages — not marketing.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions (for example, a reply to a missed call, or follow-ups to a conversation you started). This is not a recurring marketing program.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Lumavexel does not charge you for text messages; standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you'll get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected] at any time.
Privacy
